Vicki Flaxten is Sky’s Group Operations Director, responsible for logistics in the UK & Ireland as well as the repair of product for Sky across Europe.  Under her leadership at Sky the supply chain has evolved to support product range expansion with a focus on customer experience excellence and sustainability.  Whilst the last 15 years have been spent in various telecommunication supply chains, before that Vicki operated in FMCG and is familiar with food and retail operations too.
