This involves driving the logistics automation and digitalisation agenda. Her team successfully launched a highly automated Logistics Operations Centre, winner of the 2024 Supply Chain Excellence Award. With over 15 years’ experience in automotive supply chain leadership across OEM and Tier 1s, Loretta has built and transformed logistics and supply chain organisations, delivered greenfield launches, and led global transformation programmes. She also mentors emerging talent, judges Team improvement projects, and is a member of the SMMT UK.
