Lauren Seabrook is Head of Supply Chain at The Perfume Shop, leading both the supply chain and merchandising functions across an omnichannel retail estate. With extensive experience spanning merchandising, ecommerce, and logistics, she has a strong track record of driving transformation through systems implementation, financial planning, and cross‑functional collaboration. Lauren has led major change initiatives, including warehouse automation, integrated ecommerce fulfilment, and new planning and reporting frameworks to improve commercial decision‑making. She is passionate about developing high‑performing teams and continuous improvement, and is currently completing a Leadership MA and Executive MBA to support her progression toward senior executive leadership.
