Iain is Director of Logistics at Fenwick, the largest family-owned department store group in the UK. Since joining over six years ago, he has led a wide-ranging transformation of its supply chain, introducing WMS, e-commerce, and single warehouse operations, while ensuring colleague engagement and customer satisfaction remain central to change.

His career spans leading organisations including Kuehne + Nagel, Unipart, Wincanton, Magnet and Premier Farnell, giving him deep experience across retail and third-party logistics.
