Fran Ball is Senior Vice President, UK Supply Chain at Arla Foods UK, overseeing nationwide operations and more than 2,800 colleagues. Appointed in August 2025, she previously served three years as Vice President for Production in the UK. Fran began at Arla as UK Technical Director before a talent-management programme propelled her to a global role leading Quality, Health & Safety, and Environment for milk and yogurt. She later became a site director and then progressed to UK-wide production leadership. A champion of inclusion in a traditionally male-dominated sector, Fran credits inspiring senior female leaders and is committed to developing the next generation of women in manufacturing.
