Terry has over 35 years of experience in the Distribution and Logistics industry with a successful track record of delivery in operational and project management roles, as well as broad experience in solution design for large scale network change and tactical deployment of new technologies.
Working in both 3PL and In-House environments he has maintained a focus on improving the customer experience across Retail (store and on-line fulfilment), Manufacturing and Industrial sectors.
Currently heading up the Network Development Programme for Pets at Home, leading the transition to a new 750k sq ft DC in Stafford and evaluating deployment of automation technologies.
