TABLE BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- Should you opt to pay by cheque, payment is due within two calendar weeks of your online booking. If your booking is made after September 2010, payment is due immediately and no later than Friday 22nd October 2010.

- Tickets will be sent approximately two weeks prior to the event, providing payment has been received.

- Dietary requirements should be submitted online to the Grosvenor House Hotel when ordering your wine, log in details will be sent to the email address given on your table booking approx 4 weeks prior to the event.

- Please note there may be strobe lighting effects at the show.

- Cancellations will be accepted and monies will be refunded (less 20% administration charge) up to and including Friday 4th June 2010. No refunds will be made after this date. All bookings made after Friday 4th June 2010 are required to make payment in full, even if the table is cancelled. No refunds will be given.
