TABLE BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Should you opt to pay by cheque, payment is due within one week of your online booking. If your booking is made after September 2011, payment is due immediately and no later than Tuesday 4th October 2011.
- Tickets will be sent approximately two weeks prior to the event, providing payment has been received.
- Dietary requirements should be submitted to natasha.papa@centaur.co.uk and wine orders will go directly to the Hilton.
- If you have any special access requirements please contact Natasha Papa on 020 7970 4060.
- Please note there may be strobe lighting effects at the show.
- Cancellations will be accepted and monies will be refunded (less 20% administration charge) up to and including Friday 3rd June 2011. No refunds will be made after this date. All bookings made after Friday 3rd June 2011 are required to make payment in full, even if the table is cancelled. No refunds will be given.
