Entry Information
The Entry Process
Stage 1 – Download entry form online by registering - The entry deadline is Monday 16th June 2008
Stage 2 – A round table discussion will take place with the judging panel to determine whether your company is suitable to go to stage 3, this will form the shortlist. Held in early July
Stage 3 – If your company is successful you will be asked to fill in the next part of the entry form where we will be asking for detailed company information which may include financial. (Please note all information received is kept strictly confidential) - Notified by end of July
Stage 4 – We will contact you to organise a site visit at your office or a one to one meeting - Site Visits through August and September
Stage 5 – This is the final judging day to determine the winners from the shortlist in each category - Held in October
Entry Information
Entry into the awards can only be made by registering to download the entry form online, just click on the register button below. If you have already done so just enter your username and password. If you have forgotton your username or password please contact Supply Chain Awards admin on 020 7970 4772 or email Supply Chain Awards
Once you have registered we recommend you download the entry form and save as a word document. Once you have completed the questionnaire please email to Supply Chain Awards
You must submit your completed entry before the closing date of Monday 16th June 2008 by 5.30pm
Confidentiality: All material submitted on the questionnaire and during site visits will be treated in the strictest confidence
